Elizabeth Deoleo is a dedicated professional with over nine years of experience in Special Education, helping children with special needs and their families access vital support services. She began her career working with CPSE and staffing agencies in both early intervention and preschool special education, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges of navigating New York City school districts and the critical need for related services. Over the past year, Elizabeth has expanded her advocacy by guiding families through the legal system to secure the services their children deserve. Her passion lies in empowering families, bridging gaps in care, and ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.

Liz joined the practice in September 2025. She is fluent in Spanish.
