Liwaa brings a unique background that blends hands-on special education advocacy with extensive expertise in data analysis and civil rights compliance. He has significant experience drafting due process hearing requests, reviewing complex medical and educational records, and preparing clients for administrative hearings and IEP meetings. In addition, his background includes student defense and civil rights matters involving the ADA and Title IX compliance.
Beyond traditional legal advocacy, Liwaa possesses an elite technical background in legal data systems, information architecture, and high-volume document auditing.
